Vanessa Ogle

CEO, President and Chairman of the Board

In Enseo's eleventh year, the company that Ms. Ogle founded is recognized by the world's largest hotel groups and leading digital signage networks as the premier provider of digital media solutions. Ms. Ogle has more than 16 years of operational experience with technology companies, including: business development, marketing, finance, engineering, and program management. Prior to Enseo, Ms. Ogle served as the Vice President and General Manager of 3dfx Interactive, a publicly traded California Corporation in the business of 3D graphics and entertainment products. In the ten years prior, Ms. Ogle was with STB Systems and held various sales, marketing, and business unit management positions. This publicly traded Texas Corporation focused on the design and manufacture of high-end graphics and video adapters. Ms. Ogle graduated from the University of Texas in Austin earning her BBA in International Business and Marketing, and a BA in Spanish, specializing in language and culture.

Bill Fang

CTO, Vice President of Engineering and Director of the Board

Mr. Fang, has more than 14 years of experience in engineering and engineering management, including ASIC design, board design, system design, and engineering team management. While at Raytheon E-Systems (1985-1996), Mr Fang led a team of engineers in developing the first Fiber Channel-Based (ANSI X3T11) network, which was specifically designed to transfer digital video and data in real time. In 1996, Mr Fang joined the STB group as the Director of Engineering and led the team into a new technology area of digital video. He developed Enseo's first MPEG decoder products and digital video/graphic overlay cards. Mr. Fang continues to lead the engineering team in developing digital video and graphic products for the proffesional broadcasting market. Mr. Fang earned his BSEE from the University of Texas in Austin and his MSEE from Southern Methodist University.
