Below you'll find detailed information about our in-room entertainment user interface as well as the next steps for your property. We'll be working together to develop the on-screen hotel directory.
Theme Development Process
Content provided to Enseo that is used to develop the on-screen hotel directory. Assets need to be delivered to the Enseo Marketing Team before the on-screen hotel directory can be created.
Once property assets have been delivered to the Enseo Marketing Team, our designers will begin development of the theme, including the on-screen hotel directory and other contracted features.
Review & Approval
Properties will have the opportunity to review the on-screen hotel directory and submit any edits or changes needed prior to the final approved directory being published to the property.
Final approval of the on-screen hotel directory will move the theme into testing. Testing ensures every component of the user interface is fully operational prior to being live onsite.
After your theme has successfully passed testing, our tech team will remotely publish it to your property. Yay!

STEP ONE - Gather Theme/Directory Content
In order to build a theme and on-screen directory, we must have content.
- Text Content*
- Up to 500 characters per page/screen including spaces, or 15 lines of bulleted information.
- Click here to download the Word Document to be used as a template guide. It includes information as well as an outline for your convenience.
- High Resolution Images*
- JPEG, PNG or TIFF format accepted
- 2MB or higher at 300 dpi
- Recommended no more than 3 images per page.
- Images can be delivered to us through DropBox, WeTransfer (free), Google Drive or any online storage sharing website. Personally recommend WeTransfer.
- Stock photography available upon request.
- Logo and Branding Standards*
- .eps or .ai file formats accepted for logo
- Brand Guidelines in PDF format
- High Quality Video
- Minimum 1080p
- MP4 and MOV video formats accepted
- MP3 and WAV formats accepted
- Stock music available upon request.
STEP TWO - Deliver Content
All hotel directory assets must be delivered through an online storage sharing site to your Marketing contact.
We highly recommend using the following:

Assets is the conent of the on-screen directory. Development of the hotel directory cannot begin until all assets have been delivered to the Enseo Marketing team.
The hotel directory development process typically takes 3 - 4 weeks depending on the delivery of the assets, editing process and the status of the testing queue. Reliable communication and prompt response plays a vital role in the speed of the process.
Any change requests after the final approved theme has gone live are subject to a change fee of $150 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. Additional compendium pages are $450/page or $1,800 for 5 pages.
