Vanessa Ogle

CEO & Chairman
of the Board

In Enseo's seventeenth year, the company that Vanessa Ogle founded is recognized by the world's largest hotel groups and leading digital signage networks as the premier provider for in-room entertainment and media solutions. Vanessa has more than 25 years of operational experience with technology companies, including: business development, marketing, finance, engineering, and program management. Prior to Enseo, Vanessa served as the Vice President and General Manager of 3dfx Interactive, a publicly traded California Corporation in the business of 3D graphics and entertainment products. In the ten years prior, Vanessa was with STB Systems and held various sales, marketing, and business unit management positions. This publicly traded Texas Corporation focused on the design and manufacture of high-end graphics and video adapters. Vanessa graduated from the University of Texas at Austin earning her BBA in International Business and Marketing, and a BA in Spanish, specializing in language and culture.

Bill Fang

CTO, vp Engineering & Dir of the Board

Bill Fang has more than 30 years of experience in engineering and engineering management, including ASIC design, board design, system design, and engineering team management. While at Raytheon E-Systems (1985-1996), Bill led a team of engineers in developing the first Fiber Channel-Based (ANSI X3T11) network, which was specifically designed to transfer digital video and data in real time. In 1996, Bill joined the STB group as the Director of Engineering and led the team into a new technology area of digital video. He developed Enseo's first MPEG decoder products and digital video/graphic overlay cards. Today, Bill continues to lead the engineering team in developing digital video and graphic products for the professional broadcasting market. Bill earned his BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin and his MSEE from Southern Methodist University.

Omar Khan

President
 

For the past two years, Omar served as the President & COO of Round Room LLC, a privately held holding company.  He served in multiple capacities of Round Room portfolio companies including:  President of The Cellular Connection, CEO of Redux and President of Wireless Zone.  Prior to TCC, Omar spent three years as co-CEO of NQ Mobile, a leader in mobile gaming, mobile live video and mobile productivity applications where he was responsible for the global direction of the company, expansion in markets. Prior to NQ, Omar held various high-level positions in mobile and global development at Citigroup and Samsung Mobile. As an expert in the mobile technology industry, Omar has written Op-Ed’s, blogs and has appeared numerous times on CNBC, Bloomberg and Fox Business.  Omar graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering. He completed his graduate work in System Dynamics in conjunction with MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Kristin Reichert

Chief Financial Officer
 

Kristin Reichert hails from the software technology industry, with more than 15 years of executive financial leadership. Reichert served as CFO of Zimbra, Inc. (formerly Telligent), an integrated suite of email collaboration tools prior to joining Enseo. There, she was responsible for all financial operations, leading the company through several acquisitions while growing Zimbra nearly 500% through international expansion. Prior to Zimbra, Reichert was the Controller of Skywire Software, a $130 million software company. She presided over the financial aspects of multiple acquisitions and their subsequent integrations. Reichert played an instrumental part in the leveraged buyout of Skywire Software.  Before Skywire Software, Reichert worked at Docucorp International and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Reichert obtained bachelor's & master's degrees in accounting from Southern Methodist University.

David Simpson

Chief product officer
 

David Simpson is primarily responsible for Product and Business Development of Enseo’s offerings. He joins Enseo from VideoPropulsion, where he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Broadcast Gateways Division in Saratoga, CA. Prior to VideoPropulsion, Simpson spent a total of ten years at On Command Corporation, where his final position was that of Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Other positions at On Command included Senior Vice President Engineering & Operations and Vice President Operations. Before joining On Command Corporation, Simpson founded a company focused on home gateway technology and served on the Texas Technology Council. Earlier Simpson served as Division Manager of Electrospace Systems, Inc. (a $450M Military Electronics Manufacturing subsidiary of Chrysler Corporation) with responsibilities for operations, engineering and business development. Simpson holds a BS Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Ed Wolfe

Senior VP, IP & Contract Strategy

Ed has been responsible for building Enseo’s extensive patent portfolio, strategic planning and contract administration.  Ed is a seasoned business and technology executive delivering industry-leading innovative products and services, driving paradigm-changing business and technology strategies, and improving operating results and increasing company growth for more than 45 years.  Prior to joining Enseo, Ed held both executive management positions including CEO of InnVision Networks, CEO of Elsafe, VP of New Product Development for Spectravision, CEO of Multicom Services and CEO of LDX Telecom Services.  In hospitality, since 1976, he has advised and participated in strategic business development for Marriott, Sheraton, Carlson, Spectravision, Elsafe and InnVision Networks and served on the Board of Directors of several technology start-ups.  Ed has a BSBA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.
