Vanessa Ogle

CEO, President & Chairman

In Enseo's seventeenth year, the company that Vanessa Ogle founded is recognized by the world's largest hotel groups and leading digital signage networks as the premier provider in-room entertainment and media solutions. Ogle has more than 25 years of operational experience with technology companies, including: business development, marketing, finance, engineering, and program management. Prior to Enseo, Ogle served as the Vice President and General Manager of 3dfx Interactive, a publicly traded California Corporation in the business of 3D graphics and entertainment products. In the ten years prior, Ogle was with STB Systems and held various sales, marketing, and business unit management positions. This publicly traded Texas Corporation focused on the design and manufacture of high-end graphics and video adapters. Ogle graduated from the University of Texas at Austin earning her BBA in International Business and Marketing, and a BA in Spanish, specializing in language and culture.

Bill Fang

CTO, Vice President of Engineering & Director
of the Board

 
Bill Fang has more than 30 years of experience in engineering and engineering management, including ASIC design, board design, system design, and engineering team management. While at Raytheon E-Systems (1985-1996), Fang led a team of engineers in developing the first Fiber Channel-Based (ANSI X3T11) network, which was specifically designed to transfer digital video and data in real time. In 1996, Fang joined the STB group as the Director of Engineering and led the team into a new technology area of digital video. He developed Enseo's first MPEG decoder products and digital video/graphic overlay cards. Fang continues to lead the engineering team in developing digital video and graphic products for the professional broadcasting market. Fang earned his BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin and his MSEE from Southern Methodist University.

After 25 years experience in Biotech and technology financial transactions, and accounting, Yingling joined Enseo in January 2015. Yingling gained M&A expertise through Venture. 

David Simpson

EVP, Digital Signage &
Managed Services

David Simpson is primarily responsible for Product and Business Development of Enseo’s offerings. He joins Enseo from VideoPropulsion, where he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Broadcast Gateways Division in Saratoga, CA. Prior to VideoPropulsion, Simpson spent a total of ten years at On Command Corporation, where his final position was that of Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Other positions at On Command included Senior Vice President Engineering & Operations and Vice President Operations. Before joining On Command Corporation, Simpson founded a company focused on home gateway technology and served on the Texas Technology Council. Earlier Simpson served as Division Manager of Electrospace Systems, Inc. (a $450M Military Electronics Manufacturing subsidiary of Chrysler Corporation) with responsibilities for operations, engineering and business development. Simpson holds a BS Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Ed Wolfe

Senior Vice President,
IP & Contract Strategy

 
Ed has been responsible for building Enseo’s extensive patent portfolio, strategic planning and contract administration.  Ed is a seasoned business and technology executive delivering industry-leading innovative products and services, driving paradigm-changing business and technology strategies, and improving operating results and increasing company growth for more than 45 years.  Prior to joining Enseo, Ed held both executive management positions including CEO of InnVision Networks, CEO of Elsafe, VP of New Product Development for Spectravision, CEO of Multicom Services and CEO of LDX Telecom Services.  In hospitality, since 1976, he has advised and participated in strategic business development for Marriott, Sheraton, Carlson, Spectravision, Elsafe and InnVision Networks and served on the Board of Directors of several technology start-ups.  He has a BSBA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.

Randy Eisenbach

Chief Operating Officer

Randy Eisenbach re-joined the Enseo Team in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer, a position he held in 2001-2002. For the last 7 years, Randy was the CEO at Printronix, Inc., a $130M global printer manufacturer where he lead the acquisition of TallyGenicom and enabled a 5x increase in profitability during his tenure. Before joining Printronix, Randy served as the Chief Operating Officer of Corel Corp. Responsible for its restructuring and acquisition integration efforts, Randy guided Corel through three acquisitions that transformed the $100 million privately held company into a $250 million publicly traded company.  He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's of business administration from Texas Tech University.
