Since joining Enseo in 2022, Brian has helped sharpen the company’s strategic direction, accelerate innovation and strengthen operational performance across the organization.
With more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience, Brian brings deep expertise in scaling technology-driven businesses and guiding organizations through growth and transformation. Prior to Enseo, he held leadership roles at Magnitude Software and CBIZ Private Equity Advisors, working closely with technology and private equity-backed companies.
Under Brian’s leadership, Enseo continues to expand its position in the hospitality industry, helping hotels deliver more personalized guest experiences while improving operational efficiency and business performance.


David Goldstone is President of Hospitality at Enseo, where he leads strategic relationships and growth initiatives with major hotel brands, ownership groups, and management companies. With more than two decades of hospitality technology experience, David is known for helping hotel partners navigate evolving guest expectations, operational complexity, and long-term business growth through trusted relationships and customer-focused strategies.
David plays a key role in shaping Enseo’s hospitality strategy and market presence. Goldstone held senior leadership positions at several prominent hospitality technology companies where he developed a deep understanding of hotel operations and technology strategy that he brings to every engagement.
David is a strong advocate for industry initiatives, including efforts to combat human trafficking. He is one of only five recipients of AH&LA’s prestigious John Whitaker Award and holds the Certified Hospitality Master Supplier (CHMS) designatio


Matt Guggenheim serves as Chief Financial Officer at Enseo, where he leads the company's financial strategy and operations — including financial planning and analysis, treasury, compliance and capital allocation — and partners across the organization to drive profitable growth and long-term value creation.
With more than a decade of experience across corporate finance, SaaS and technology businesses, Matt has built a track record in strategic planning, operational analytics and data-driven decision-making. Prior to joining Enseo, he held senior finance leadership positions at Eventus Systems, Social Solutions and Magnitude Software, where he led financial planning efforts, supported global growth initiatives and guided merger and acquisition activities — including financial due diligence, transaction support and integration planning.
At Enseo, Matt partners across the business to support strategic growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation while helping advance the company’s customer-focused approach to hospitality technology.


Helen Jenkins is Chief Legal Officer at Enseo, where she leads the company’s legal, risk management, corporate governance, political affairs, intellectual property, and data privacy functions. With nearly two decades of global experience in hospitality technology and guest-facing entertainment, Helen brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate strategy and operational integration.
Before joining Enseo in 2019, Helen served as global General Counsel for Exceptional Innovation, where she led international legal integration efforts and GDPR compliance initiatives following multiple global acquisitions. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at SONIFI, serving on the executive team as SVP of Legal Affairs, corporate secretary, and privacy officer. She began her legal career at Covington & Burling.
Jenkins earned her BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law.


Kevin Sweeney is Chief Operating Officer at Enseo, where he oversees Operations, Product and Engineering for the company. With more than 17 years of experience designing and deploying hospitality technology solutions, Kevin is known for combining technical innovation with a practical, customer-focused approach.
Since joining Enseo in 2015, Kevin has played a key role in advancing the company’s technology platform, including leading the transition to a hardware-agnostic ecosystem, expanding integrations across guest services and connectivity platforms, and launching Enseo’s real-time service level management platform. Prior to Enseo, he held engineering and partnership leadership roles at Video Propulsion, specializing in interactive television technologies and large-scale hospitality integrations.


Karen Wright is Chief Marketing Officer at Enseo, where she leads the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, communications and demand generation initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in travel and technology marketing, Karen specializes in helping companies evolve their brands, sharpen their go-to-market strategy and drive sustainable growth.
Since joining Enseo, Karen led the company’s strategic repositioning and brand transformation, helping redefine how hospitality technology is marketed to hotel owners, operators, and brands. Her work focuses on aligning marketing, sales and customer engagement strategies to strengthen Enseo’s market presence and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Prior to Enseo, Karen held leadership roles at Euna Solutions, Community Brands, and Sabre, where she led initiatives spanning brand strategy, demand generation, communications, customer engagement and digital transformation.


With more than 20 years of expertise in strategic client engagement, revenue growth and business development, Sarah Jones has built her career around transforming customer relationships into lasting partnerships. Since joining Enseo in 2022, she has been instrumental in shaping the company's approach to customer success and sales, driving strategies that elevate the end-to-end customer experience and fuel sustainable growth.
In her role as SVP, Sales & Customer Experience, Sarah leads with a focus on aligning sales performance with customer satisfaction, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects Enseo's commitment to excellence. She brings a holistic perspective to the customer journey by identifying market opportunities, championing process innovation and developing the talent and teams that deliver results. Her leadership bridges the gap between winning new business and retaining it, creating a cohesive experience from first contact through long-term partnership.
