And sale promote is adding or removing specific channels within your channel lineup that you can use to promote events, can use to market, you can use to really highlight anything you want. Today, we're going to talk about two Insego features, Core Create, which is editing text and video, and ENSEO Promote, which is adding and removing a video on the channel lineup that you can show on the welcome screen TV. Both of these are within our core platform, which is a content management system that allows hotel staff to make changes on their own without calling in Sayo every time for updates. I'm going to show an example of some common changes that hotel staff typically make. One of them would be an image change or a logo change. So within CoreCreate here, I've got my main UI, my main content management system. On the right here, I have a preview of what's on my guestroom TV. On the left here is a list of everything that I could change on that TV. So here we're gonna demo a common logo swap. So I'm going to go over here and as soon as I hover over any item in CoreCreate, it's going to highlight that item. If it's a logo or an image, it's going to give me the dimensions that I need to crop that image. So I have my logo here. I'm gonna click on edit. Right now, we just have an icon of the logo, but I wanna swap it to another version of our logo. So I've already uploaded my logo here. Now my preview has updated to a different logo. I can save this. And as soon as I publish, now in all of my guest rooms, if it's twenty rooms, if it's two hundred rooms or one thousand rooms, that logo has been updated across the entire property. And with this logo change, one thing that our team does at INSEO, we work with your hotel to make sure where you might imagine any of these changes taking place. So for example, I made a change on the welcome screen here, but this change is effective across all areas of the TV user interface where this logo could appear. So it's across all screens here. And it's that simple. So you don't have to go deep into every sub menu, find whatever logo you need to swap. It's all shared at all updates at the same time. The next thing I'm going to show is a really common type of update that all of our properties like to manage, and that's their directory content. So most of our hotels have a pretty robust directory that talks about the hotel amenities, the pool, the gym, restaurants, casinos. And a lot of those changes happen because hotels have seasonal menu items or the pool hours change or they need to add a restaurant or change the name of a restaurant. That's very common. We're going to show how you can do that today. So within CoreCreate on the left column, I've got my directory here. And again, I can hover over and see every page of my directory. I can click on any page. And now on this Racebook page, if I hover over an image, it's going to highlight the image, give me the dimensions for that image. We have our updated logo here, and I can edit my text. If I want to change this Racebook page to like a page about the pool, it's very simple. I'm gonna select my background image here. I've already uploaded a picture of my pool, so now my preview has updated. On the text here, I'm gonna make a simple change and I'm gonna go into here. So I've made a change to my text. All I have to do is click finish editing. And anytime you make a change in CoreCreate, it works like any text editor. You can click highlight text, bold it, italicize it, change the font, whatever you need to do to really match your brand. So I'm gonna change the description to my hotel pool, so I can just click and drag. So I have my pool paragraph ready. I'm gonna click and highlight this. And now I have my pull text here, and I'm gonna click finish editing. So now with just a minute or under, I've changed one directory page to another, updated the content to whatever I wanted it to be. I'm gonna save that. I'm going to go to that page on the TV here and just show you how fast this update can be. So I wanted to change the Racebook page from this to a pull. So all I have to do is click publish. Some of my text is already updating. And now I have my pool. And it's really that simple to manage and edit your own content. So this image and text update is probably our most popular service that hotels can take advantage of. So all within a couple of minutes, I've updated my brand to a new logo. I've updated images and text to whatever I wanted it to be. And I can do that all on my own as a hotel staff member without reaching out to in sales support. The great thing about Core Create is you can undo any individual change or reset the whole thing to factory defaults. So every time I've made a change here, I have little individual undo buttons. So if I make a mistake or if I want to go back, it's only just a few clicks. So here, I can undo the image and I can undo any of my text. I can publish that. And now I'm back to my original content. This is great for seasonal edits. This is great for temporary edits. Within Core Create, I can reset everything to default settings just with a click of a button here. And so now my logo that I updated earlier is back to normal and everything is back to how the original system shipped. The second thing I want to highlight today is what we call Insale Promote. Insale promote is adding or removing specific channels within your channel lineup that you can use to promote events, you can use to market, you can use to really highlight anything you want. You can turn that promote channel into a really fun customization for advertising and for promotion. The main portal of CoreCreate is this image here. And from here, I can edit public spaces, guest rooms, and channels. So if I want to edit channels, if I want to add a channel to my channel lineup, let's say for a wedding party that's staying at my resort for the weekend. It's very simple. I can click on channels. I can go to make edits. And here I have a list of some blank channels that I can manipulate and add to my channel lineup. So let's say the Johnson family is coming in for a wedding at my resort. They're staying for the weekend. And the family of the bride and groom has sent the hotel a slideshow video of the bride and groom engagement photos. I want that video to greet the guests when they come into their hotel room to give them a very curated experience. So I'm gonna create a channel here. I can click on one of these open channels. I can name this channel whatever I want. In this case, I'm gonna name it the Johnson wedding. I can add a logo to the channel. So I'm gonna click on my Choctaw logo here. Right here, I wrote welcome Johnson family. Enjoy your stay. That will appear on the channel guide in the channel banner as soon as that channel is tuned. On this little plus icon here, I can add images or video. The great thing about Insado Promote is that you can turn one channel into a series of multiple videos or images and create really a playlist on a single channel. So you can do a lot with one channel. Right now I'm gonna add a video and I'm gonna select the video that the bride and groom family has sent to the hotel. And we're gonna have that video greet the guests when they come in. So I've made my changes. I've uploaded my video. We take any really common video format. I've saved it. I'm on the channel guide screen of my TV UI, and I'm gonna make that change now and we'll show you how instant it is. I'm gonna hit publish, and there you go. Within maybe one or two seconds, I have my video in the channel guide, but we can also go a step further. So right now that video just lives in the channel guide, But if I want, I can tune that channel onto the welcome screen. So it's the first thing guests see when they come in the room. To do that, one thing in sale promote allows you to do is to set individual house channels within your lineup. And let me show you how that works. So within Core Create and in sale promote, I have a preview of my channel lineup here. At the bottom of that channel lineup, I can see my wedding video that I just edited. On each channel, there's a little house icon. I'm gonna click the house icon for my new wedding channel. Hit save and publish. Within the rooms, the hotel video is gonna go away. And my new wedding channel that's gonna greet guests when they check into the room is gonna start playing.
